If you’ve heard of Hyrox you’ll know it’s a sporting challenge like no other. Called ‘Fitness racing’ athletes compete in one space across a range of challenges that combine both running and functional workouts.
Engaged by CSM Live to complete an event build for Hyrox APAC in Sydney in July 2023, we’ve since taken it to Melbourne, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea and Taiwan.
We knew we had to lean in and learn fast how to deliver such a high-octane event in Sydney. Taking on the challenge we built and coordinated a massively successful first event. This led to being asked to replicate these results in different countries, challenging conditions and with non-English speaking teams.
Breaking down the project to all its component parts, we mapped a bolt-by-bolt process, designing systems and processes that not only made the event build run smoothly time and again across different locations, but produced efficiencies throughout the process and educated teams on the challenges.
Hyrox was a project that embodied the Trielle ‘Can Do’ ethos. So successful was our systemised approach that it’s now been adopted by other Hyrox regions, helping to empower other teams to create, build and coordinate these crowd-pleasing sporting events.
